From the port of Argostoli, we’ll head for the subterranean Melissani Lake. Then enjoy a visit to Sami which is where most of the filming for Captain Corelli's Mandolin took place, with a replica of old Argostoli built in its main square. Although no evidence of the sets remains and the stars have long since gone, Sami is a charming town with a long waterfront lined with shaded restaurants and tavernas serving the locally caught fish of the day. From Sami, continue in the steps of “Captain Corelli” to the beach of Antisamos where parts of the movie were filmed. Afterwards we return to Argostoli.

Departing from the port of Argostoli you will be escorted by bus to the picturesque fishing village of Ag.Efthimia for the Greek Folkloric Show, enjoy the local mezedes and participate in the dancing! At the completion of the event you will be escorted back to the port of Argostoli.
